The D-45 was introduced as a regular model in 1938. This instrument is a reproduction of the original D-45. It has a different kind of flair and look compared to the D-45s we know today, so let me introduce it to you.
- Top board made of high-grade material
The top wood is made of Engelmann spruce, which boasts a beautiful amber-like color. The fine, evenly spaced grain is beautiful to behold. The body binding is made of ivoroid, and the purfling is decorated with abalone shell.
The pickguard has a painted tortoiseshell pattern.Recruit。 You can see that the spruce used is thin enough to allow you to feel the uneven grain pattern.
The sides and back are luxuriously crafted from rare Brazilian rosewood, and its unique striped grain is simply breathtaking. The binding and purfling, like the top, are made of ivoroid and abalone shell.RecruitIt is being done.
The fretboard is made of ebony.RecruitAnd around 1938RecruitIt features snowflake inlays, and the sides of the fretboard have ivoroid binding in addition to abalone shell decorations. Since the hexagon inlay specification was changed in 1939, this particular instrument's usage confirms that it replicates the D-45 as it was when it first appeared.
The neck is made of mahogany, and its moderately thick, soft V-shape fits comfortably in the hand.
