However, our roots lie in the wind instrument division of a specialty used instrument shop. We are a long-established dealer of used wind instruments, and for over 35 years—and to this day—we have dedicated ourselves to buying and selling them. Wind Instrument Warranty (1 Year)
Upon arrival, we clean the interior of the instrument, replace consumables as needed, and perform any necessary repairs and maintenance. If the instrument malfunctions or stops producing sound due to normal use, we will address the issue free of charge.
◎The following services will incur a fee:
･If you request modifications to keys or parts, customizations, or special adjustments
･If adjustments or repairs were performed by a third party or by yourself
･ When the service involves the replacement of consumables (such as pads, corks, or felts)
･Damage caused by customer negligence or intentional acts
• Repair of scratches, repainting, polishing, or cleaning the inside of the tube
･Replacements or repairs required for custom setups
◎ Please note the following in advance.
･Used items are not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty
• You are responsible for shipping costs incurred when sending items for repair and when they are returned
• Due to the condition and structure of the instrument, we cannot guarantee that your desired setup will be achieved
･This warranty does not apply if you do not present this warranty certificate
