About wind instrument warranty (1 year)
Upon arrival, we clean the pipes, replace consumables as needed, and perform repairs and maintenance as necessary. If something goes wrong during normal use or the sound stops coming out, we will repair it free of charge.
◎A fee will be charged in the following cases.
・If you wish to process keys or parts, modify or make special adjustments, etc.
・If the product has been adjusted or repaired by someone other than our store, or by yourself.
・When replacing consumables (tampo, cork, felt, etc.)
・If the product is damaged due to the customer's carelessness or intentionality
・Damage repair, repainting and polishing, pipe cleaning
・Replacement and repair necessary for setting according to taste
