We are a long-established shop with over 35 years of experience, and we continue to focus our efforts on buying and selling used wind instruments to this day. Wind Instrument Warranty (1 Year)
Upon arrival, we clean the instrument’s interior, replace consumables as needed, and perform any necessary repairs and maintenance. If your instrument malfunctions or stops producing sound due to normal use, we’ll address the issue free of charge.
◎The following cases will incur a fee:
･If you request modifications to keys or parts, customizations, or special adjustments
･If adjustments or repairs were performed by a third party or by yourself
･If the service involves replacing consumables (pads, corks, felt, etc.)
･If damage was caused by customer negligence or intentional acts
･Repair of scratches, repainting, polishing, or internal cleaning
･Replacements or repairs required for custom setups to suit your preferences
◎Please note the following in advance.
･Used items are not covered by any manufacturer’s warranty or similar coverage.
･You are responsible for shipping costs incurred when sending in items for repair and when they are returned.
･Due to the condition and structure of the instrument, we cannot guarantee that your desired setup will be achieved.
･If you do not present this warranty certificate, the item will not be covered under warranty.
