Wind instrument warranty (1 year)
Upon arrival, we perform internal cleaning, replace consumables as needed, and carry out necessary repairs and maintenance. If the instrument malfunctions or stops producing sound during normal use, we will provide free service.
◎The following cases will incur a charge.
• If you require processing of keys or parts, or modifications or special adjustments.
• If you have had adjustments or repairs done by someone other than our store, or by yourself.
• When replacement of consumables (pads, corks, felt, etc.) is required.
• If the damage is caused by the customer's negligence or intent.
• Repair of scratches, repainting and polishing, and cleaning of the inside of pipes.
• Replacements and repairs required for settings tailored to your preferences.
◎Please note this in advance.
• Used items do not come with a manufacturer's warranty.
Please bear the shipping costs for sending and returning the item for repair.
Due to the condition and structure of the instrument, we cannot guarantee your desired settings.
• If you do not bring this warranty certificate, the product will not be covered under warranty.
