MURAMATSU DS/CC
Purchase Price
240,000 yen
Agent's Comment
"This instrument was consigned by a player with over 20 years of experience. They mentioned they didn’t use it very often, so it was in such excellent condition that you wouldn’t guess its age. They told us it was the instrument that supported their practice and ensemble performances, and it was clear from its appearance that it had been treated with great care."

February 3, 2025
Brand
Sakurai Kingwood/Ebony
Purchase Price
400,000 yen
Agent's Comment
"A rare instrument crafted by the first-generation Koichiro Sakurai. The previous owner reportedly cherished it, drawn to the unique resonance characteristic of woodwind instruments. We are grateful for the careful handling that has kept it looking as good as new, and we are confident it will become a special instrument for its next player. We have fully recognized the value of this masterpiece, which was crafted with meticulous attention to the materials used in the body."

January 26, 2025
Brand
P.HAMMIG 650/3 Finda Headjoint
Purchase Price
190,000 yen
Agent's Comment
"The owner decided to part with this instrument after many years of playing in a wind ensemble. Although they were told by another shop that the appraisal value would be lower without the original headjoint, we recognized that the Finda headjoint actually adds brightness to the tone. The owner was hesitant until the very end, but ultimately shared their desire to ensure this instrument finds a good home with its next owner."

February 27, 2024
Brand
MIYAZAWA Preview III/CC
Purchase Price
200,000 yen
Agent's Comment
"Although this model was discontinued over 20 years ago, it still possesses a lustrous silver beauty and a powerful sound. We received this instrument from a client who previously performed primarily with amateur orchestras. As their performance schedule has decreased, they decided to part with this cherished instrument, hoping we could put it to good use. The deep resonance characteristic of an all-silver instrument was further enhanced after servicing."

January 30, 2024
Brand
SANYO ETUDE
Purchase Price
90,000 yen
Agent's Comment
"Although designed for beginners, this model has been loved by many for its meticulous craftsmanship and brilliant tone. It was previously used by the customer’s high school-aged daughter, who stopped playing it after moving on to a higher-grade instrument. However, since it was a cherished first flute, the customer wanted to sell it to a trustworthy shop. We are honored that they chose our store."

May 1, 2023
Brand
Burkart Handmade Deluxe
Purchase Price
280,000 yen
Staff Comment
"While consumables such as the tampers had deteriorated and required an overhaul, the condition of the wooden parts and the mechanism were excellent. This was a piece that truly showcased the craftsmanship of Lilian Burkart. Since it was a watch well worth the investment in repairs, we purchased it at the full asking price."

April 28, 2022
Brand
MURAMATSU AD-RHE
Purchase Price
290,000 yen
Agent's Comment
"The MURAMATSU AD, which has been out of production for quite some time, is characterized by its deep, mellow tone and stable playability. Many musicians consider this model their ultimate choice, and it still has a large following of devoted users. This particular instrument was sold to us by a long-time enthusiast who decided to part with it due to a change in their living situation. Its excellent condition clearly reflects the care and affection with which it was treated. We are pleased to have helped pass on the unique charm of this model—something not found in current models—to a new performer."

June 15, 2024
Brands We Buy
Pearl PFB-305BE
Purchase Price
220,000 yen
Agent's Comment
"This is a bass flute manufactured by Pearl, known for its ease of play. We were told it was used for ensemble performances, but the owner brought it in because they no longer had many opportunities to play. It was in excellent condition with no noticeable scratches, clearly having been well cared for, so after servicing, it looks just like New."
