We ship orders overseas daily and have processed over 5,000 transactions to date.

Store Information

We are a specialist shop dealing in the purchase and sale of second-hand and vintage musical instruments. Our premises, which house three shops—TC Gakki, Okubo Kan Gakki-ten, and Advance Guitars—are located in Shinjuku Ward, Tokyo, right next to JR Shin-Okubo Station.

TC Gakki: Electric guitars, electric basses, effects pedals, amplifiers, drums, and accessories
Okubo Gakki: Wind instruments, string instruments, traditional Japanese instruments, and ethnic instruments
Advance Guitars: Specializing in vintage acoustic guitars
TC-TUNE: A specialist shop for the repair, adjustment, and modification of electric guitars, electric basses, and acoustic guitars

Our mission is to ‘make life amazing through music’.
For those who are dissatisfied with their current sound or equipment, or who are searching for something better, we offer a selection of thousands of items—whether second-hand, vintage, or brand new—and provide the best possible recommendations for each customer. By listening to your requests and circumstances, and drawing on the extensive and in-depth knowledge of our specialist staff, we work tirelessly every day to ensure you feel that ‘I’m glad I asked’ and ‘I’m glad I consulted them’.
