Musical Instruments consignment for Sale

I wonder if they really want to sell it... It's such a precious instrument.

"Let's be honest, consignment is just the amount you'll actually get, right?"
I completely agree.

Since it’s an instrument I’ve cherished for so many years, it’s only natural to want to get the highest possible price when parting with it.

And when you’re offered a price far lower than you imagined, it’s not only disappointing but can even make you feel embarrassed for having expected more.
We strive to meet our customers’ expectations to the fullest extent possible.

What kind of feelings did you have while owning it? What aspects did you find appealing and love about it?
We identify the unique value that goes beyond mere specifications—the value that only that specific instrument possesses—and pass it on to the next owner.

I don’t intend to sugarcoat things

Regret is inevitable when parting with a cherished instrument.
Given the recent surge in prices for vintage instruments, we’ve all thought at least once, “I wish I hadn’t sold it back then.”

Strangely enough, while we often hear people say, “I’m glad I bought it!”
I rarely hear anyone say, “I’m glad I let it go!”

However, even after such regrets, I want you to think positively—"I’m sure someone else is cherishing it now, and I hope it’s doing well"—so I’ll do my utmost to ensure the next owner will love it just as much.

"The previous owner really knew their stuff—they had a wonderful instrument."
To ensure the instrument is cherished in this way, we’ll perform a thorough setup so that we, too, can confidently present it to you.

To achieve this, I’d like to start by having an open and honest conversation with you about how we can best ensure the next owner is satisfied.

Even if you’re not ready to part with your instrument just yet, feel free to ask us for a rough estimate—just to see what it might be worth.

Please feel free to contact us.

Before he passed away, my grandfather told my father, “If you ever find yourself in a bind, sell this bassoon.” While sorting through my grandfather’s belongings, I remembered that conversation and did a little research, which revealed that it is a valuable instrument.

I contacted various buyers, but many of them gave responses that were far from what I had hoped for, such as, “Since it’s been a while, this is the best we can offer,” or “It’s difficult for us to handle this item.”

However, the first thing this shop said was, “You absolutely must not part with that instrument lightly.”

When I showed them the instrument, I was truly delighted that they not only gave me an appraisal but also listened to my memories of my grandfather. I sincerely believe that the staff here will pass on the bassoon my grandfather loved to its next owner.
