With a wide variety of instruments ranging from vintage pieces to current models, just browsing is exciting. We carry not only guitars and Basses but also a wide selection of amplifiers, Effectors, PA equipment, and string instruments such as violins.

This premium music store supports a wide range of musicians, including brass band students, jazz players, and classical musicians. We offer a diverse lineup ranging from carefully selected vintage masterpieces from around the world to great-value used instruments.

TCGAKKI’s Japanese traditional instruments section. Japanese traditional instruments—crafted from materials that are difficult to obtain today and featuring the advanced techniques of ancient master craftsmen—are an irreplaceable treasure of Japan. We currently have on display and for sale instruments such as drums, Noh flutes, and shō, which are rarely seen in regular music stores. (TCGAKKI, 3rd Floor)

If you bring your instrument to our store at Shin-Okubo Station, our staff of specialists for each instrument will immediately appraise it using their extensive knowledge. The appeal of in-store sales is the immediate cash payment! We also offer buyback services via courier for customers living far away. Rather than relying on generic market data, we carefully examine each instrument to determine its true value.

Instruments sold at TCGAKKI/Advance Guitars are repaired and maintained by our in-house repair team, “TC-TUNE.” With our comprehensive support, even first-time buyers of used instruments can shop with confidence.
We also welcome requests for repairs and adjustments! Drawing on the know-how and experience gained from maintaining thousands of instruments over many years, we’ll help your cherished instrument reach its full potential and ensure it remains in excellent condition for years to come!

Musicians from all over Japan and around the world visit our store for our extensive selection of vintage and rare instruments, as well as our maintenance expertise and in-depth knowledge of musical instruments.
We’re also a trusted media partner for TV dramas and magazine features, boasting a solid reputation and proven track record! If you stop by often, you might even run into a famous musician!

Every member of our staff is a die-hard “instrument nut.”
That’s why we love discovering value in your instrument—even if other stores have turned it down.
We always think, worry, and celebrate alongside our customers, and we’re dedicated to our mission of connecting people with their instruments!
We can proudly say that when it comes to our love for and knowledge of musical instruments, we’re second to none. Our entire staff looks forward to welcoming you to our store.
