Return policy.
The product can be returned within 7 days of receipt.
The goods must be returned in the original packaging and in the condition in which they were received. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the goods received differ from the description.
The purchaser will be refunded the amount of the payment method used at the time of payment, minus delivery costs.
*Please note that brand new items cannot be returned after opening or use.

We will ship your order using DHL, a trusted and reliable courier known for its secure and prompt delivery. The packaging will be done with great care, and we have received no reports of any guitars being damaged during transit. We have received positive feedback and satisfaction from customers who have ordered from outside of Japan, reassuring them and giving them peace of mind. And we can also ship by EMS or FEDEX, please let us know if you prefer.
