Please bring your instrument to the store.
Our repair staff will carefully inquire about the condition of your instrument and any symptoms you are experiencing.

Estimate
We will diagnose the instrument you entrust to us and inform you of the repair details, estimated cost, and delivery date.
We will only begin work after obtaining your consent; we will never proceed with repairs without your permission.
STEP 4
Repair/adjustment
Our expert staff will perform the work carefully and promptly.
If any new problems are discovered during the work, we may contact you again to discuss them further.
STEP 5
Receiving and Payment
We will contact you once the repair is complete. Please come to the store to check the finished product.
If there are no problems, you will pay the fee and receive the instrument.
