Buffet Crampon FESTIVAL B♭
Purchase Price
240,000 yen
Representative’s Comment
“The owner had used this instrument for over a decade before retiring from active performance and carefully storing it. The quality of the wood was undeniably superior in the past, and during a test play after servicing, we were able to reconfirm the Festival’s signature rich and resonant tone. We hope it will thrive on a new stage.”

Selmer Paris 10G Gigliotti Model
Purchase Price
110,000 yen
Staff Comment
“The owner was a huge fan of the late Mr. Gigliotti, who served as principal with the Philadelphia Orchestra, and it was clear the instrument had been treated with great care. Even after servicing, it retained its lively and powerful tone, and the next owner was delighted with it.”

Brand Purchased
YAMAHA YCL-CSGlllA
Purchase Price
200,000 yen
Staff Comment
“This was a request from a professional orchestra musician. Since it was used as a tool for their work, it showed appropriate signs of wear, but conversely, I could strongly sense that it had supported many outstanding performances on various stages. After servicing, its bright, well-defined tone stood out, and it exuded a dignity that made it hard to believe it was a used instrument.”

“We received a request to purchase this instrument from a long-time, devoted player, and we serviced it with great care. The warm tone of the satin silver finish felt as if it had been reborn, and the next performer was delighted with it.”

“We were told it had been cherished for over 20 years, but it had been treated with great care. It was easy to see that with a thorough cleaning and maintenance, it would be in excellent condition to confidently recommend to the next owner. Taking into account the recent surge in market prices, we purchased it at a high price.”

“As this was the customer’s very first oboe, it was clear they had practiced extensively with it, yet it was in excellent condition, showing it had been handled with great care. After servicing, the instrument maintained stable intonation and ease of play, and we are confident it will be a reliable instrument for anyone just starting out on the oboe.”

Marigaux 901 Oboe
Purchase Price
360,000 yen
Representative’s Comment

Brand
Josef 20thGS-2 Oboe

“Although it’s a limited-edition model with a distinctive look that caught the owner’s eye and led to a bold purchase, it appears to have been used sparingly and carefully stored.Although it’s made of synthetic boxwood, it possesses the same warmth as natural wood and offers a soft, light, and charming tone. This is undoubtedly an instrument that will delight its next owner.”
