A2. Give them a light cleaning and make sure all accessories (stands, manuals, cases, etc.) are included. Also, selling items as a set—such as a drum set—rather than a single snare drum tends to result in a higher appraisal value.
Q3. Can I sell drums or percussion instruments even if they’re broken?
A3. Yes, we can buy electronic drums that don’t produce sound or cracked cymbals. Since they may still have value as parts or be repairable, please don’t give up—feel free to contact us.
Q4. Should I replace the drumheads before the appraisal?
A4. There’s no need to replace them. It’s fine to leave the old heads on. Since the cost of replacement is rarely factored into the appraisal value, please bring them in as they are.
Q5. How do I sell my drum set?
A5. There are three methods: “In-Store Purchase,” “Mail-In Purchase,” and “On-Site Purchase.” With the On-Site Purchase option, a staff member will come to your home to appraise the item, so you won’t have to worry about packing or transporting it.
Q6. Is the appraisal free?
A6. Yes, the appraisal is completely free. You can also cancel after the appraisal.
Q7. Do you buy old instruments?
A7. We’ll buy any guitar in good condition, regardless of its age.
Q8. Can you buy my instrument even if it doesn’t have any accessories?
A8. We buy your instrument even without accessories, but this may affect the appraisal value.

A9. We primarily serve the Kanto region, but depending on the situation, we can travel as far as Hokkaido, Okinawa, or even overseas. There is no travel fee.
