It is one of the few domestic brands that regularly features acoustic Bass models in its lineup.
Compared to fretted guitars, the fretless model produces a warm tone that is closer to the natural sound of the wood itself. The mellow sound produced when strung with flatwound or black nylon strings offers a charm that electric guitars simply cannot match.
It produces a very rich, full-bodied unamplified sound, and even when plugged into an amp, it delivers a sound that feels like the natural tone is simply amplified without any artificial coloration. The controls are simple, consisting only of volume and tone, but the tone control allows you to adjust the sound when you want to bring out the contours or suppress string clickiness—it’s a simple yet excellent control!
