[Guitarist Natsuki Sakamoto uses] TMG Guitar Dover HSS with heavy-aged multi-layered colors and massive looks.
Bend, Oregon is home to a community of craftspeople of all kinds. TMG builds its instruments in the vast land and rich natural environment. TMG Guitar's guitars are the crystallization of the skills of craftsmen who offer the highest quality in their respective fields of expertise. Therefore, there is no sense of ego attached to the instrument itself. The neck grip makes you say, "Oh, this is a great guitar" from the moment you hold it. The paint job doesn't interfere with the quality of the material, and the pickup sound and assembly don't spoil the sound. It has a vintage-like appearance, yet it has the playability to stand up to the demands of the professional world. It is easy to talk about an instrument that is good in terms of specs, but this TMG Guitar product is a guitar that truly expresses the player, a complete instrument that cannot be described by specs alone. If you experience the quality and technology, as well as the sound of the instruments that have been steadily fed back to the musicians who play them in the field, you will understand what we are trying to say.

[OVERVIEW]
The Stratocaster-type Dover is based on the lightweight ash body of the Fender Stratocaster from 1954 to 1961, when the Stratocaster was born. The lightweight ash has thicker conduit and the wood contains sound well, creating a beautiful resonance like an acoustic instrument. The optional 5A flame maple neck has a slightly thicker C-shape, similar to the Fender Stratocaster with rosewood fingerboard from the early 60s, giving it a thicker sound with a grippy feel. Multi-layer color is used for the paint. This reproduces the condition of a guitar that has been sprayed with paint on top of gold, and the underlying surface has become visible through use. Even with this paint process, the paint is extremely thin and brings out the sound of the high quality material. The capacitor is an Emerson custom capacitor, and the capacitor is completely bypassed at full tenor to produce a clear sound with no distortion. This model has a vintage-like look with a high level of playability.
