After master craftsman Leo Fender introduced the Precision Bass and Jazz Bass to the world at Fender, the StingRay was released by MUSIC MAN in 1976.Its rich, full-bodied tone has continued to be favored by countless artists to this day, establishing a solid reputation as a classic model.
This instrument is a limited edition model with a rosewood neck, produced in extremely limited quantities in 2014.
Only 10 black-colored models were produced, making this a rare instrument that is rarely seen even on the used market.
It features a black finish and a chic shell-patterned pickguard. Its elegant appearance, harmonizing with the rosewood neck, is a major attraction. It exudes a presence that sets it apart from standard models.
The sound features the sharp attack and clear high-end typical of a StingRay, combined with the distinctive midrange characteristic of a rosewood neck, creating a unique character.
