Developed under the supervision of world-renowned acoustic guitarist Sungha Jung, this is the flagship model of the “Light Series,” which pushes the boundaries of the ideal tone and exceptional playability required for solo guitar.
The body top features a high-quality, AA-grade solid Engelmann spruce top that responds nimbly even to the most delicate picking, while the sides and back are crafted from solid Indian rosewood, which produces deep bass and overwhelming harmonics. This meticulously selected all-solid-wood construction ensures that each note is beautifully defined and well-separated, delivering a rich acoustic sound that fills the entire hall.
The Grand Auditorium body shape, known for its excellent grip, features a cutaway to improve access to the higher frets, and comes standard with an elbow contour (armrest) that dramatically reduces stress on the right arm. Furthermore, the binding and rosette are adorned with vibrant safflower pear wood, resulting in a beautiful finish that blends functional beauty with artistic woodworking.
The fingerboard and bridge are crafted from Richlite, a material that is highly resistant to climate changes and boasts excellent responsiveness, ensuring exceptional playability over the long term.
