This is a Roland fuzz-wah from the 1970s with an incredibly powerful sound!
This is Roland’s definitive fuzz-wah pedal. The controls are simple, featuring only SUSTAIN and OUT LEVEL. It includes a switch that lets you choose from three different tone settings. It can be used as either a wah or a fuzz pedal on its own. The fuzz, in particular, produces an incredibly intense sound that perfectly captures the vibe of that era. While this model comes in three variants, this particular unit is the transistor-equipped, crank-style version, featuring a user-friendly layout with the OUTPUT jack on the left and the INPUT jack on the right. For the most powerful sound, it’s best to use it in fuzz mode only, with the wah turned off. The sound quality is impeccable—this is one of Japan’s premier fuzz-wah models.
