The "ROCKMAN" series is the embodiment of Tom Scholz's genius for sound effects, created by the guitarist of the supergroup "BOSTON," which took the music scene by storm in the early 1980s with its phenomenal sound. It boasts professional specifications, condensing the experience and ideas cultivated through live world tours and studio recordings. Its numerous patented circuits produce a unique sound. With only the bare minimum of controls, it's easy to use even for those unfamiliar with complex equipment. It's also recommended for those who just want to get started. Set the distortion character with DISTORTION HARMONIX and define the tone with the 3-band EQ. The treble boost before the output allows for final adjustments to suit the situation. A lead boost allows for even higher gain sounds. While "ROCKMAN" units originally had a less durable plastic casing, which inevitably led to cracks and breaks around the screw holes, this unit shows no such symptoms.
