Believed to be manufactured in 2004, this model features a Moses-made graphite neck, a PB-style body shape, and AERO JJ pickups. Controls include volume/tone, a pickup balancer, Bass, treble, and an active/passive switch.
This guitar impresses with its quick response, delivering a rich, full sound the moment you strum it. It’s characterized by a wide low-end soundstage that doesn’t get muddy, allowing the attack to come through clearly. These characteristics are clearly evident even in passive mode, but switching to active mode makes the contours even more defined. The 2-band EQ is quite effective, allowing you to change the sound character right at your fingertips. Since it significantly affects the volume, it’s best to adjust it using the master volume control.
It offers the clean, sustained tone typical of a graphite neck. It’s a great guitar with a high-end-leaning sound character that offers a wide dynamic range, yet maintains a balanced tone that isn’t overly hi-fi!
