This pedal features a gritty, organic, and raw distortion characteristic of germanium transistor fuzz pedals. Of course, the clean sound when the guitar volume is turned down is also superb! Due to the germanium transistor's sensitivity to temperature changes, it exhibits a variety of tones. Although it uses germanium transistors, when using a power supply, it operates normally...EffectorAnother major advantage is that the polarity remains unchanged, allowing it to be used with a center-negative polarity.
