This pedal allows you to control the overdrive and volume of a high-quality tube amplifier without compromising its rich, three-dimensional sound.This pedal delivers a raw, analog-like responsiveness to picking and volume control that digital simply cannot replicate. It's not an amp simulator or a standalone overdrive pedal; it functions as "part of the amp" in a tube amplifier setup. It addresses volume issues with amps lacking a master volume, and provides the natural saturation and compression characteristic of power tubes, even in environments where high volume isn't feasible, such as home recording. It uses carefully selected components, including Jupiter capacitors and Dale resistors, just like a boutique amp. Point-to-point hand-wiring, without a circuit board, eliminates capacitance, resulting in a noiseless and direct sound. This is truly a pedal for connoisseurs. It's in excellent condition with minimal signs of use.
Regarding controls
LOUDNESS: It compensates for the lack of bass pressure and saturation at low volumes, adding nuances closer to those at high volumes.
BRILLIANT: It functions like a presence control, adjusting the sparkling harmonics in the high-frequency range.
GAIN: This increases distortion, but if you need deeper distortion, we recommend using a separate overdrive pedal.
