[Features]
A late-model Monette 900 series C973, produced alongside the B973.
This model knows no restraint.
From the very first note, the density of the air changes.
The sound is thick, wide, and fast.
When fully resonant, its scale is unmistakably "hall-sized."
ff is not violent, but a controlled grandeur. Even at pp, it doesn't thin out, remaining condensed while retaining its core.
Its reach is overwhelming. The sound image expands as it advances, filling the space and reaching the back row of the hall.
"I want to hear it play even louder."
Few instruments inspire that desire.
When unleashed in a large hall, this C973 reveals its true worth.
This is not a C pipe meant to blend into an ensemble.
It is a C-tube meant to shine at the pinnacle.
This instrument shares a sequential serial number with the B973 arriving simultaneously.
This is the first time this used instrument has been offered for sale; it is a one-owner piece.
