[Features]
Late Monette 900 Series, B973 manufactured around 1997.
The essence of this model isn't merely "huge sound." It's about maintaining that massive presence while remaining effortlessly controllable. 145 mm bell, .468" large bore. While expanding the scale from the early 900 series, the weight balance is refined, and the response is actually quicker.
The sound's "silhouette" is broad and thick. Yet articulation is sharp, and response is as agile as a sports car's throttle. It sinks softly at pp and pushes the ceiling at ff. Even so, its contour remains unwavering. Overtones are rich and dense. The core is thick, and the sound image projects forward. The range is wide, and the dynamics are deep.
This is not an instrument that hides the player's skill. Rather, it is an instrument that amplifies and presents that skill. A B♭ trumpet for players who want to push beyond the limits, embodying the design philosophy that connects to the PRANA generation.
This unit shares a sequential serial number with the simultaneously arrived C973. It is a one-owner piece, making its debut as a used item.
