*This information is based on our inspection of used/vintage items.
Please be aware of this in advance.
-Its appearance is truly that of a work of art, and although there are crack repairs and numerous scratches and dents, it is in remarkably good condition considering it is over 120 years old.
- There is a repaired crack in the center of the body top, under the bridge.
-There is a crack directly above the soundhole in the center, but there is bracing in place, so there are no issues with structural integrity.
-There are chips between the bridge pins (4th, 5th, and 6th strings), but please rest assured that this does not affect tuning or strength.
- Softening of the lacquer is visible on the lower right side of the body.
- Evidence of a neck reset can be seen in the neck heel area.
[Playing condition]
- There are no muffled or buzzing sounds, and the playing condition is excellent.
-String height at the 12th fret: 6th string side 4.3mm, 1st string side 4.1mm
- Saddle protrusion amount: Approximately 0.5mm to 1.0mm
