The body top is crafted from a solid European spruce top.
With characteristics similar to Adirondack spruce, its bright and powerful tone envelops the entire body.
The area where the elbow rests features a beveled cut, ensuring a comfortable playing experience!
The rosette features a combination of pearl and wood inlays that adorn the top.
The sides and back are made of straight-grained Indian rosewood.
This adds mellow bass tones to the brightness of the spruce.
The fingerboard is made of Merida’s proprietary OMEGA (HPL) resin material, which offers the advantage of being less susceptible to changes in humidity and temperature.
The edge of the fingerboard is adorned with mother-of-pearl inlays that shimmer with iridescent colors.
The neck is made of mahogany, and its slim profile fits naturally in the hand.
Like the fingerboard, the bridge is made of Merida’s proprietary OMEGA (HPL) resin and features a satin finish.
The headstock features the Merida logo, along with pearl inlays that follow the contours of the headstock.
It is equipped with an L.R. Baggs Element VTC pickup, making it ideal for live performances and street performances.
