Merida / MCC-20-EQ
"Merida's first classical guitar, developed in response to user requests"
—Cutaway body
The top is crafted from European spruce, a premium wood sourced from the Alps in central Italy.
Characterized by its whitish hue, it features a wider grain pattern than Sitka spruce and is considered one of the finest woods, on par with Adirondack spruce.
The cutaway design provides excellent access to the higher frets.
—Beautifully figured sides and back
Ziricote is used for its eye-catching, wild grain pattern.
It enhances the rich resonance and deep, resonant tone.
—Fingerboard
The classical guitar series features rosewood Recruit.
Its warm color enhances the acoustic character.
—Neck
The mahogany neck features a well-balanced shape—neither too thick nor too thin—for comfortable playing.
—Bridge
The bridge, finished with a glossy lacquer, is made of rosewood and features inlays combining mother-of-pearl and rosewood.
—Headstock
The headstock, made of rosewood veneer, features a slotted head design.
—Tuning Machines
It is equipped with tuners featuring bronze-colored housings engraved with ivy motifs.
It has a luxurious look.
