Martin / 1970 D-41
The D-41 was introduced later than the D-45, making its debut in 1969.

It was produced to allow players to enjoy Martin’s top-of-the-line models at an affordable price point, while still inheriting the luxurious qualities of the D-45.

The Martin vertical logo, symbolic of the top-tier 40 Series, along with the hexagon inlays, rosette, and purfling made from abalone shell, exude a luxurious aura.

Another key feature is that only the highest-grade woods are selected and used in the 40 Series.
This 1970 D-41 features a German spruce top and Indian rosewood sides and back. Its scalloped X-bracing produces a tone that combines brilliance and richness with beautifully expansive harmonics.

Experience Martin’s pinnacle of craftsmanship firsthand.
You’re sure to be captivated by the charm of the 40 Series.
