The Maestro’s top is crafted from the finest cedar, featuring a densely grained pattern that is almost dizzying to behold. The deep, rich, and sweet
tone unique to cedar gently envelops the entire space from the moment the pick touches the strings.
Furthermore, the sides and back of the body are lavishly crafted from cocobolo—an extremely rare, high-grade wood coveted by luthiers worldwide as the premier alternative to rosewood.
It is precisely the overwhelming weight of this cocobolo that produces a solid, hard-hitting, and brilliant high-frequency range, harmonizing in perfect balance with the sweet and rich low-frequency range of the cedar.
