Explanation
An original six-string fretless that enables original playingBass
Launched in 2006 as an order-made brand. Made mainly around Flying Guitar Factory representative "Satoru Yatsuka" of STRBass. With a builder who has high technical skill and a broad field of view, it handles a wide range from promusicians to custom models.
This LS659 is a custom order model built to six-string fretless specifications. An LS (=Lead Style) body shape with a deep cutaway that makes it easy to reach up to the 24th fretRecruit. It is set up with a maple back, a maple top that gives an exotic expression, and a sturdy 3-piece maple neck joined with bolt-on construction.
It is equipped with an Aguilar OBP-3 preamp. The controls are a volume knob and a 3-band EQ for Bass/mid/treble. The volume knob is active when set to pull and passive when set to push. The mini switch also allows switching the mid-frequency. The mini switch changes between series and parallel.

The crisp sound focused on the high mids is characteristic. By slightly boosting the low end with the onboard EQ, you can also produce deep lows, and the soundmaking range through the EQ leaves a very wide impression.
This is a niche specification as a 6-string fretless. An original Bass that enables original playing!
