This model is an update to the Beryl, originally released in 2018, based on the EVR concept!

Capable of seamlessly covering everything from clean to low-gain, overdrive, and distortion, this is one of the brand’s most versatile drive pedals. With the exception of extreme high-gain distortion, you can create a wide range of sounds with just this one unit. Internally, it features a two-stage gain configuration: the first stage uses vintage clipping diodes to produce a smooth overdrive.The second stage uses a green LED with a high threshold as a clipper, adding a grainy distortion component as the gain is increased. In the EVR version, many of the circuit parameters have been revised while maintaining the basic tonal character and adjustable range. In particular, the distortion in the second stage has been adjusted to have a slightly open and grainy texture, further highlighting this model’s inherent clear tone with a higher center of gravity.From preamp, EQ, and boost applications to standalone drive, this model features a bright, presence-filled sound and is suitable for a wide range of uses.
