Kuehnle & Hoyer thick tenor bass trombone, standard model. 220mm two-piece yellow brass bell. Gold brass main tuning tube. 13.9mm slide bore. Outer slide yellow brass. Nickel silver slide crook. 3 interchangeable removable mouthpipes. Includes three interchangeable removable mouthpipes (yellow brass/short, yellow brass/long, and sterling silver/long). Comes with a hard case. List price: 302,400 yen
Condition
Lacquer paint is peeling on the slide barrel and crossbar. There is a small dent on the slide crux and a scratch on the slide. There are minor scratches and paint stains on the gooseneck, side of the F pipe, bell, and outer slide. The inside of the pipe has been cleaned and replaced with a soft material, and all parts have been serviced and adjusted.
Features and Attractiveness
Kühnle & Hoyer trombones are highly regarded for their good balance and high quality tone. Although the trombone in stock is an entry-level model in the company's lineup, it was produced as a high-cost-performance model that sets itself apart from ordinary entry-level models (production completed). It is a high-cost performance model with a stable response from top to bottom and a rich dynamic range that can be used in large ensembles.
