The HD-HANABI is a limited-edition model produced by Headway in 2016.
While the inlays and designs featuring a “fireworks” motif tend to catch the eye, its true essence lies in its “perfection as an instrument.”
The body features a classic configuration with a Sitka spruce top and Indian rosewood sides and back. It is characterized by the rich volume typical of a Dreadnought, combined with a clear, responsive tone. Chords spread out clearly, and single notes have a solid core with well-defined contours.
Contrary to its striking appearance, the sound is not overly flashy; the design ensures a sense of delicacy and ease of control.
The fingerboard and bridge are made of ebony, providing excellent touch response. It is equipped with a Fishman Matrix Infinity pickup, making it ready for live performances and recording right out of the box.
This model offers an excellent balance of appearance and sound, making it ideal for those who want a guitar that stands out from the crowd but refuse to compromise on tone or playability.

- This guitar features a design inspired by fireworks lighting up the night sky, giving it a distinctive charm.
- While small scratches are visible when held up to the light, there are no noticeable scratches, and the exterior is in excellent condition.
- String height at the 12th fret: 2.5mm on the 6th string side, 1.5mm on the 1st string side
- Saddle height: approx. 4.5mm
- The electronics are in good working order and the guitar plays perfectly.
