The EHB series was created from the ground up—not as a variation on existing designs—to fully leverage the potential of the headless style. The horn shape is rooted in optimal body balance, and the body curve on the treble side ensures a comfortable fit when playing while seated. The slanted body design boldly tapers toward the bass strings, taking into account the angle of the player’s line of sight when viewing the fretboard. Designed based on ergonomics, it fits the player with perfect balance whether playing standing or seated.
The body features chambered construction, which not only reduces weight but also transmits the body’s vibrations to the player, allowing them to feel the instrument’s resonance more vividly.
The fingerboard is made of Richlight, an eco-friendly synthetic material, and its blue-tinted design—a completely new approach—exudes the strong personality of a modern bass.
It delivers the clean, tight sound typical of a headless bass while still offering substantial body, giving the impression that it will adapt flexibly to a wide range of amplifiers and effects! Lightweight and easy to handle, this fretless bass is perfect for home recording with a direct line-in setup. This modern bass is highly recommended for players who are thoroughly committed to “playability.”
