There is no gain knob, but this is the essence of this pedal! With the guitar volume turned down and the fuzz cut off, you can enjoy an exquisite crunch to clean sound. It is slightly similar to the Fuzz Light, but this pedal has a lower octave and is thicker. Depending on the controls, you can also create a dead, gate-like fuzz sound like the Maestro FZ-1A.
