ATELIER Z established its signature sound through collaborations with artists. Since then, the brand has been beloved by countless musicians as a manufacturer that creates instruments that directly reflect the sounds musicians demand.
While the official model name of this instrument is unknown, it features an alder body and rosewood fingerboard, equipped with an Aguilar pickup and a BADASS II bridge. There is a battery compartment on the back of the body, but it is currently configured as a passive model. Controls consist of two volume knobs and one tone knob.
Centered around thick, powerful bass, it delivers a wide-ranging sound. This alder-rosewood combination is rare for Atelier Z; while it delivers a JB-style sound with a sticky mid-low range, the deep bass and clear attack create a sound that truly embodies the Atelier spirit, even in a passive configuration.
