[Condition.]
The main tuning tube is not a part at the time of manufacture, but has been replaced by an additional tuning tube (clear lacquer) purchased in a later year. The tuning tube and bell have a history of dents and repairs, lacquer paint has fallen off, and there are scratches scattered throughout the tuning tube and bell. There is a dent repair mark and a scratch on the heel, discoloration of the lacquer on the engraved part of the bell body, and peeling of the lacquer around the slide barrel. The inside of the pipe has been cleaned, and all consumable parts such as water key cork, slide stop felt, etc. have been replaced and all parts have been serviced.

Cone Trombone 88 series yellow brass bell model. As the imprint on the side of the bell indicates, it was sold as a model with Christian Lindberg's specifications. (After the 88H-CL was released, this model no longer has the bell imprint. It is still being produced as 88HY.) While maintaining the soft and elegant taste characteristic of the 88 series, it has a bright and expansive sound that differs from the standard rose brass. The exterior has some signs of use and repairs, but there are no problems with playing. A great price!
