[Features]
AR Resonance is an Italian manufacturer that began producing mouthpieces in 2014. To achieve “settings tailored to the player” across various genres, they have adopted the two-piece design seen in brands like Warburton and Constal.
True to the maker’s words, “From BACH No. 1 to Cat Anderson!”, the lineup offers a wide range of sizes, from very large and deep to extremely small and shallow.
The rim shape is a medium-round, which is familiar to many players. Wide and flat rims are also available as options.
● Made of brass
This is the most commonly used and popular material for modern mouthpieces. It offers a light, responsive feel and a flexible tone. We recommend starting with this model if you’re trying an AR mouthpiece for the first time.
● Bronze
Officially known as “phosphor bronze,” this material has recently been re-evaluated as a material for mouthpieces and parts. Although it is heavier than brass, it offers good response and a bright sound. The tone is rich and full-bodied, providing greater stability.
