TCGAKKI's custom Desert 6-string is designed to faithfully reproduce the wood's natural resonance. The EMG soapbar and Bartolini NTMB+F pickups assert their character without overpowering, achieving a balance that translates the instrument's entire vibration directly into sound. The combination of a hard maple/wenge through-neck and mahogany back achieves both a well-defined contour and a warmth that avoids excessive hardness.
While fully showcasing the wood's warmth, it features minimal unwanted overtones and excellent sound separation. This results in a clear, focused sound with distinct pitch even when playing the lower registers of the 6-string, free from muddiness.
This 6-string Bass is highly recommended for players who prioritize the instrument's inherent sound before amplifying or using Effector.
