[Condition/Modifications]
- There are playing marks, but no cracks or crack repairs.
- Thoroughly inspected by an acoustic guitar specialist with no areas requiring repair.
- The neck is straight with no buzzing or muffled notes.
- String height at 12th fret: 2.1mm (6th string side), 1.6mm (1st string side)
- Saddle clearance: approx. 3.5mm-3.0mm
- The 2nd string peg knob had a chip, so it has been partially shaved and smoothed.
