The early 1970s, in particular, saw a turbulent era of frequent specification changes for Fender Stratocasters. Each guitar has its own unique character, and if you're looking for the "sound of the '70s," you need to understand its true value. However, finding one in good condition is extremely difficult. Among them, I'd like to introduce a 1971 Stratocaster with a blonde/ash body. - 3-point joint with original bullet nut and micro-tilt - The revived One Piece Maple Neck (first year) - Headstock logo design unique to the mid-1971 model (without the "WITH SYNCHRONIZED TREMOLO" inscription) - A transitional combination of a separate-type tremolo bridge and die-cast saddles. The unique specifications of this particular instrument create a sound and presence that is truly characteristic of 1971.
The combination of a heavy ash body (approximately 4kg) and a one-piece maple neck allows each pickup to have a distinct character while still producing a well-defined tone. It has already been refretted, making it ready for immediate use on stage and in recordings.
Even within the vintage market, a 1971 Stratocaster in such excellent condition is extremely rare. This particular example, with its blonde-colored ash body, is highly appealing not only in terms of sound but also in terms of its appearance.
