Gibson / 1957 Southern Jumbo

The Southern Jumbo, introduced as a higher-end model of the J-45, features a 16-inch round-shoulder body, as well as additional inlays on the headstock and fretboard.
- The luster of mother-of-pearl
The headstock features Gibson's modern logo, but while the J-45 has a gold silkscreen logo, the Southern Jumbo uses a mother-of-pearl logo.
In addition to the logo, a crown-inspired inlay adorns the headstock.

The rosewood fretboard features luxurious double parallelogram inlays instead of dot position markers.

This 16-inch round-shouldered guitar features a spruce top.
The guitar features a sunburst finish, and the scratches, small dents, and weather checking that suggest years of use enhance its vintage character.

A large, dark-colored pickguard is also characteristic of guitars from this era.

The sides and back are made of mahogany, which perfectly complements the crisp, clear sound characteristic of Gibson guitars, resulting in a beautifully expansive high-frequency range.
The back strip has a black line.RecruitIt is being done.

The mahogany neck has a moderately thick shape, providing a comfortable grip that doesn't feel bulky.
A strap pin has been added to the neck heel.

The bridge is a rosewood upper belly bridge with a short saddle.

The tuning machines are KLUSON DELUXE double-line tuners.
The torque may be stiffer, but this does not affect performance, so you can use it with confidence.

This item has a vintage feel and coolness, as evidenced by the signs of careful use and weather checking that show it has been played with care.
