the information provided is based on what we were able to determine during our inspection.
- Crack repairs (patch reinforcement) on the top left and right sides of the
soundhole. - Crack repair (patch reinforcement) at the bottom right of the soundhole (along the pickguard).
- Crack repair (patch reinforcement) on the lower center of the body top.
- Crack repair (patch reinforcement) on the lower left side of the body.
- The 4th string tuning peg has been replaced.
- New nut and saddle have been installed.
- There is some lifting on the pickguard (top and bottom), but please rest assured that there are no structural issues.

- String action at the 12th fret: 2.4 mm on the 6th string side, 1.9 mm
on the 1st string side - Saddle height: approx. 2.5 mm to 3.5 mm - There is no muffled
sound or buzzing, and the instrument plays well.
