[Condition]
The neck and woodwork have been inspected and adjusted by a specialist acoustic guitar craftsman, and all parts are in excellent condition.
Additionally, the neck has been straightened, eliminating any buzzing or muffled tones, and the string action at the 12th fret is set to optimal conditions: approximately 2.5mm on the 6th string and 2.0mm on the 1st string.
The saddle height is approximately 2mm to 4mm.
