This is a repair request ticket (free of charge) for TCGAKKI・Advance Guitars.
Customers requesting repairs should add the 'Repair Ticket' from this page to their cart and place an order. Instruments purchased from our store (TCGAKKI・Advance Guitars・Okubo Gakki) are covered by our adjustment warranty service.
*Even if you select "Purchased from Our Store," standard fees may apply depending on the timing (after the warranty period) or the nature of the adjustment required.

Application Procedure

② Confirm you are logged in to .

If "Welcome [Your Name], My Account" is displayed in the top right corner of the screen, it's OK
③ From this page: , select the category of the instrument you wish to repair (Electric Guitar / Electric Bass / Acoustic Guitar) and add it to your cart . ※ Applications are valid for only one item per person per submission. Submitting multiple items simultaneously will invalidate all submissions.

④ Confirm that only one repair ticket is in your cart, then proceed to "Checkout".
⑤ If "Order Complete" is displayed, your request has been successfully submitted. We will send a confirmation email at a later date.
⚠️ Important Notes

Repairs are only accepted for instruments owned by the customer themselves.

Only one instrument per application is accepted.

Please respond within one week after receiving the order confirmation notification.

After your repair request is accepted, please bring the instrument to our store or ship it to us within one month of your reply. ※ Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

An account on our website is required to apply. ※ Note that applications are possible without registration, but they will be invalid.

By applying for a repair ticket, you agree to the terms outlined inour repair service guidelines:

During repairs, we may contact you regarding estimates or additional work. If we cannot reach you for over two weeks, repairs will be suspended and the instrument will be We will return the item to you via cash on delivery.

Additionally, if any work has been performed by that time, we will charge the corresponding labor costs via cash on delivery.
