If you would like to order a repair, please add the "Repair Ticket" on this page to your cart and place your order. This procedure is,common regardless of whether the instrument was purchased at our store or at another store.This procedure is the same regardless of whether the instrument was purchased at our shop or at another shop.

③From this page, select the category of the instrument you wish to repair (electric guitar/electric guitar)Bass/ Acoustic Guitar) and add it to your cart. *One application per person. Valid for only one ticket at a time. Only one application per person is valid. Multiple applications will not be accepted.

④ Please confirm that you have one repair ticket and proceed to "Checkout".
⑤ When "Order Complete" is displayed, your order has been accepted. You will later receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order.
