Highlander / D-28H
Today we’re introducing the “Tears D-28H,” produced by the Japanese brand Birdland.
This guitar was born out of a deep respect for the traditional “Style 28.” Featuring a top crafted from carefully selected
, top-grade solid Sitka spruce and sides and back made of Indian rosewood with a deep, beautiful grain, its appearance exudes classic elegance.
Furthermore, the traditional herringbone inlays adorning the body’s edges and the scalloped bracing—hand-carved by artisans one by one to recreate that vintage tone—eloquently speak to this instrument’s heritage.
The deep, rumbling bass characteristic of a Dreadnought emerges with astonishing responsiveness.
Yet, it is layered with beautiful, gentle treble, and the separation of each individual note is crystal clear.
Furthermore, this instrument comes with the “Hundred HSC-AⅡ” acoustic guitar case, which we highly recommend. This is a special instrument we’d like
you to own if you want to enjoy an uncompromising, “authentic sound” without any hassle.
