This is not the "CPX1200II," the successor model featuring minor updates, but rather the original "CPX1200," the initial model that laid the foundation for its high reputation.
It features an "all-solid wood" construction with a top, sides, and back made from carefully selected materials.
Combined with the deep-bodied CPX body shape, it produces a rich, full-bodied acoustic sound that is sufficiently rich and full even without an amplifier.
Of course, when amplified, the SYSREM62 pickup system is exceptionally capable, allowing for a wide range of sound shaping.
This instrument embodies Yamaha’s commitment to quality, offering the SYSREM62 pickup system while making absolutely no compromises on the “natural resonance” expected of an acoustic guitar.

- There is a repair mark from a crack on the lower left of the body back
- There are dents on the lower left side of the body top (just below the bridge) and on the tip of the headstock
- In addition, there are scratches and other signs of wear consistent with the instrument's age
[Playing Condition]
- String height at the 12th fret: 2.5mm on the 6th string side, 2.0mm on the 1st string side
- Saddle height: approx. 1.5mm–2.0mm
- There is no buzzing or muffled sound; the instrument is in good playing condition.
