Another distinctive feature is that the truss rod cover is mounted higher on this guitar than on other models from the same era.
This mounting position matches the specifications seen in 1957, leading us to speculate that this guitar was likely built during the transition period between 1956 and 1957.

As for the bridge plate, this instrument is made of maple and shaped like a trapezoid, though it has been reinforced due to a crack along the base.
This reinforcement ensures stable tuning and allows string vibrations to spread more effectively across the bridge, enhancing the instrument’s resonance.

When a black light is shone on the neck heel, signs of a neck reset can be seen.
This repair is essential for ensuring a comfortable playing experience by adjusting the neck angle to the proper setting.
As a result, the string action is comfortable, making it easier to fret the strings.

- A crack has been repaired along the upper right corner of the soundhole (on the side of the fingerboard).
- A crack has been repaired along the lower right corner of the soundhole (on the side of the pickguard).
- A crack has been repaired at the lower center of the body back (to the left of the center).
- There are signs that the neck was reset, as indicated by the finish on the neck heel.
- The neck has been over-lacquered.
- The bridge plate has been repaired due to a crack at the bottom. - The
nut and saddle have been replaced.
- The tuning pegs have been replaced.
- The bridge pins have been replaced.
