Products may be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when received. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the items received differ from the description.
The purchaser will be refunded the amount paid via the original payment method, minus shipping costs.
*Please note that brand-new items cannot be returned once they have been opened or used.

We will ship your order using DHL, a trusted and reliable courier known for its secure and prompt delivery. The packaging will be handled with great care, and we have received no reports of any guitars being damaged during transit. We have received positive feedback and satisfaction from customers who have ordered from outside Japan, reassuring them and giving them peace of mind. We can also ship via UPS or FedEx; please let us know if you prefer one of these options.
