January is already halfway over, isn't it?
Belated Happy New Year!

How did everyone spend their New Year's holiday?
I went back to my hometown in Hokkaido!
When I took this photo, my friend laughed and asked, "Are you a tourist?"
New Year's soba, osechi, ozoni, crab, sushi, ramen.
I completed my Hokkaido gourmet tour over the holidays, fully nourishing both body and soul. I've returned to Tokyo.
And!
TCGAKKI's New Year featured a massive release of featured items!
The Bass corner, themed around "ultra-rare," unexpectedly got two Chapman Sticks in stock at the same time!

(The Chapman Stick isn't Bass, but I was in charge of it. It's a super interesting instrument!)

Also in stock: the eye-catching ESP RM-330DA with its impressive overall length.
When weighing instruments, I usually hook it by the pegs and lift it up. But for the first time, my height meant I had to raise my arms above horizontal or my hands would touch the ground.
My shoulder strength wasn't enough to lift it and keep it steady, so I used a step stool for the measurement.

Despite this extraordinary size, it balances surprisingly well with a strap attached!
Handling requires some care, but playability is flawless—truly a signature model!

Actually, six new ones just arrived!!!
And this time, they're built to TCGAKKI's custom specs!!
MGBass lets you choose everything: body shape, number of strings, scale length, body wood, neck wood, parts... and more.
From tens of thousands of possible combinations, Mr. Tanaka from Repair and I excitedly picked them out together.
They've already arrived at our shop from South Carolina, and seeing them finished has us grinning. But we're not just grinning—we're busy preparing them for sale!
