Hello. This is Inoue from Advance Guitars.
Advance Guitars is pleased to announce the publication of a specialized book on the Gibson SJ-200 and J-200.
The Gibson “Super Jumbo”—often mentioned in the same breath as the Martin D-45—is Gibson’s flagship model.
The 20 vintage Super Jumbos featured in this book have been compiled using actual measurements taken by us at
, along with detailed photographs.
Featuring pre-war models—including an SJ-200 from 1938, the first year of mass production—and focusing primarily on J-200s from the 1950s, the content is sure to satisfy any acoustic guitar enthusiast.
I’m personally very excited that this has become a book, and I truly hope many people will take a look at it.
Additionally, here at Advance Guitars, we’ve been displaying vintage J-200s since we first opened,
so if you visit our store, you can actually hold the real thing in your hands.
This may be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to see so many “Kings of the Flat-Top” all at once,
may be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
Be sure to stay tuned for more updates.
