This is a vintage analog flanger that was released by Tokai Gakki in the 1980s!

There are 4 controls: DEPTH, SPEED, MANUAL, and FEEDBACK. It is an orthodox type flanger with well-balanced and exhilarating swell, but depending on the setting, it can express even loud swell. This is a silver chassis initial specification unit.
