despite the title of “repair technician,” half your time will be spent on sales or that you’ll be asked to juggle multiple roles…
However, the job at “TC-TUNE” is all about “creating TCGAKKI products.”
TC-TUNE repairs, adjusts, and inspects every single instrument sold at TCGAKKI. Although we’re called “repair specialists,” our work isn’t limited to simply fixing instruments. We’re a specialized department dedicated to bringing
instruments up to the standard befitting “merchandise for a used and vintage specialty store.” Of
course, we also repair instruments belonging to customers who shop at TCGAKKI. It’s precisely because we possess the technical expertise to prepare instruments for sale in a specialty store that we can repair and adjust our customers’ instruments to such a high standard.
　Thanks to the high quality of TC-TUNE’s repairs and adjustments, our sales staff can confidently recommend instruments to customers. Furthermore, when purchasing instruments from customers, it is precisely because of TC-TUNE that our staff can confidently offer high buyback prices. Qualifications and Requirements> No educational background required / No experience necessary; we have a comprehensive training program, so you can learn with confidence. We prioritize motivation over knowledge and experience and are looking for individuals who are serious about their work. We welcome those aiming to become full-time employees
. Please don’t worry if you have no experience working in a music store—almost all of our current staff joined with no prior experience. Experienced candidates will be given preferential treatment depending on their background. Work Hours> Work hours: 11:00 AM – 8:20 PM. Closed on Wednesdays (open if Wednesday is a national holiday). Shift-based schedule. *There is virtually no overtime.

Salary: Varies based on age and career experience (Reference: 200,000–300,000 yen). During the probationary

period (3 months) for those with no prior experience, pay is hourly (starting at 1,226 yen). Subsequent salary will be determined based on ability and experience. Separate terms will be offered for mid-career Recruit.

For experienced candidates, the probationary period is one month. Salary and benefits will be determined based on your prior experience and technical skills. We also welcome applications from those currently working at music stores or repair shops.
