TCGAKKI repairs, adjusts, and inspects every single instrument sold at TCGAKKI. Although the title is “Repair Specialist,” the role involves more than just fixing instruments.
It’s a specialized department dedicated to ensuring instruments are in a condition suitable for sale at a “specialty store for used and vintage instruments.” Of course
, we also repair instruments belonging to customers who shop at TCGAKKI. It is precisely because we possess the skills to prepare instruments for sale at a specialty store that we can repair and adjust our customers’ instruments to such a high standard.

＜Qualifications & Requirements＞ No
educational background required / No experience necessary; we have a comprehensive training program, so you can learn with confidence. We value motivation over knowledge and experience and are looking for individuals who take their work seriously. We’re seeking candidates who aspire to become full-time
employees. Don’t worry if you have no experience working in a music store—almost all of our current staff started with no prior experience. Salary: Varies based on age and career experience (Reference: 200,000–300,000 yen)

. During the probationary period (3 months) for entry-level candidates, pay is hourly (starting at 1,226 yen). Subsequent salary will be determined based on ability and experience. Separate terms will be offered for recruits.

For experienced candidates, the probationary period is one month. Salary and benefits will be determined based on your prior experience and technical skills. We also welcome applicants currently working at music stores or repair shops.
